Burmeister on Park, Milnerton

Burmeister on Park has recently been approved for construction and is yet to be completed. We are happy to say that we have been involved from conceptual phase through to site development plans and planting plans. The project boasts a water wise garden, bioswale for rain water infiltration and rain water harvesting tanks below ground, all in support of moving toward sustainable building practices. The developer has gone a step further and will be assisting council to upgrade the public park across the road, in hopes of creating a better and safer public realm for the neighborhoods residence to enjoy.
