 In the wet gloomy areas of the far southern suburbs, where more rainfall is more common and the shadows of giant trees cover the smaller plants, we often do something greener and lusher. This residential garden took a fine eye and constant on-site design ideas. The garden may seem incomplete for now, but with time and room to grow, the plants will form a lush oasis, a jungle hide-away of sorts, filled with different shades of greens and textures. The garden also boasts large local stone boulders, a custom handmade steel water feature and an array of gravel textures contrasting with smooth steel sheets and polished granite aggregate stepping stones.
